Pain Into Power - Branding and Art for ARI

ARI just launched her “Pain Into Power” campaign for mental health awareness consisting of her new EP Dis-Order and a short film, “Grace”, which we had the pleasure of writing and directing through Awkward Silence Productions.

Proceeds from her release party and short film screen screenings were donated to jack.org, a Canadian youth mental health organization.

ARI’s released Cattle Call on Halloween. Her second single is coming out on January 31st on Bell Let’s Talk.

“Grace” is being readied for the festival circuit but you can check out some promo shots we did for her new album in Tokyo, as well a music video we shot for her song “Teachers” here:

Branding for Travelweek and Trafalgar Tours - Travel photography in Italy

Travel Photography is what got me into photography.

I would backpack with my SLR across Europe and Asia and found that I enjoyed the trip that much more when having to stop, look around, and compose that perfect little moment. The images from those first few trips ended up in my Contact Photography Festival gallery and to this day live on my website (check out the Art section).

So imagine my delight when Travelweek contacted me asking if I would go on a Trafalgar FAM vacation to Italy and document the trip with my camera. I jumped at the apportunity and some of those photos are here below. You can see the rest, as well as the travel blog and article I wrote for them, on Travelweek’s site at http://www.travelweek.ca/index.php.

And the Trafalgar vacation? Really great fun. You can find out more about their tours at http://www.trafalgar.com/can

Im looking forward to many more trips with my SLR.

Israel 2013: Travel Photography (just for fun untouched proofs)

Israel is an absolutely incredible country to visit, especially if you want to make good use of just a few weeks off. The country is so small and so diverse that you can experience incredible sights and culture while wasting very little time in a car or bus. If youre looking for travel ideas when in Israel check out these untouched shots (well, the two B&W have been touched but thats all). Feel free to give me a shout or ask a question in the comment section below if you have any questions. Oh, and before you ask, the best Schwarma is near Rabin Square in Tel Aviv. Enjoy!

Argentina Photo Journal

Its December 26th and im on a 3 hour layover from Buenos Aires to Mendoza. Thought it would be a good time to upload some of the photos so far for all to see.

Anyway, this photo journal documents the first week and a bit of my trip. Much family fun was had, great food, and some beautiful sites. After this comes something brand new for me: Brazil. Will be ringing in the New Year in Rio De Janeiro. Very excited.

Enjoy the pics, and if you have any questions about backpacking in South America feel free to post and ill do my best to help.

Happy holidays,

Dan Abramovici
